The inspection trip is a cost effective and flexible way to view properties, and for your convenience, our trips leave almost everyday from most UK airports. When you arrive in Spain, Gama will provide 3/4 nights hotel accommodation, complimentary meals and the undivided attention of a knowledgeable Gama representative throughout the duration of your trip.
As our inspection trips are conducted o a one to one basis, we can concentrate on your needs and the trip is tailor-made for you.
The Gama representative will value your feedback and will work with you to find your ideal home in the sun.

Day one
• A Gama representative will greet you at the airport and take you to your 4 stars hotel in Guard mar,
• After check-in you can sit down with your representative and discuss your requirements over • refreshments,
• Town of the area,
• Lunch
• Inspection of properties,
• Evening meal (optional),

Day two
• Breakfast at the hotel,
• Further inspection of properties and areas,
• Lunch
• Re-inspection of properties and areas. (If you wish to hold a property while you are making decision just ask your Gama representative and he/she will arrange a 24 hours reserve.),
• Evening meal (optional),

Day three
• Breakfast at the hotel,
• Re-inspection of properties, areas and plots,
• Open a bank account,
• Lunch
• Meet a Spanish solicitor who will answer any legal queries you may have,
• Complete a reservation contract (if a suitable property has been found) and pay your 2,000 pounds deposit,
• Back to the airport to commence your journey back to the UK
